This past Saturday we went to our first cookout (in April!) up at Mike and Betsy's. It was in the 70s and such gorgeous weather for Easter weekend it's hard to believe that 14 years ago there was a huge snowstorm on April 1 with over a foot of snow--just another example of New England weather I guess! Unfortunately Niko caught a cold, so even though his fever was gone by Friday, he still had a cough, runny nose and an upset stomach on Saturday. Despite losing his lunch (and Easter candy and dessert) he had lots of fun running around. We did do an Easter egg hunt but I forgot to get pictures of that :(
